William F. Toon


EMS Training Manager for the Loudoun County (Va.) Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Management

William F. Toon, EDD, NRP, is the EMS training manager for the Loudoun County (Va.) Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Management. Previously, he was the battalion chief for the Johnson County (Kansas) EMS/MED-ACT and a flight paramedic with LifeNet Air Ambulance Service. He obtained his doctor of education in higher education administration from Saint Louis University College of Public Services in 2010.

He is a published author and speaker. His has delivered almost 30 presentations and published the following articles:
