Ron Lawler

Director, Sanford Health EMS Education

Ron Lawler, BS, NRP, is the director of Sanford Health EMS Education in Fargo, North Dakota and an American Heart Association-certified CPR/first aid, BLS, ACLS and PALS instructor. Previously, he was an EMS instructor at Gwinnett Technical College in Atlanta, an adjunct instructor at North Dakota State College of Science, and an educator at F-M Ambulance Service.

Mr. Lawler is a published author, with two abstracts appearing in Prehospital Emergency Care--one of which was named Best Research 2010 by the UCLA Prehospital Care Research Forum.

In addition, Mr. Lawler was on the board of directors for the CHARISM Community Center, a member by Governor appointment for the North Dakota Interagency Coordinating Council, and a founding member of and mentor family of the North Dakota Family to Family Network. He also previoulsy was a first lieutenant, combat engineer with the Army National Guard.
